At Mystic Moonlight, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund conditions below.
Return Period You may return an item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mysticmoonlight.eu or send us a direct message on one of our social media channels. Include your order number, reason for return, and (if the item is damaged or defective) clear photos of the item. We will then send you the return instructions.
Refund Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Exceptions The following items are excluded from returns:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to improper use
Damaged or Incorrect Items Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@mysticmoonlight.eu or via direct message on our social media channels. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
