Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@mysticmoonlight.eu or via direct message on one of our social media channels. Include your order number and we will look into it for you.
