Welcome to Mystic Moonlight. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all orders placed through www.mysticmoonlight.eu. Mystic Moonlight is registered in the Netherlands.

2. Products We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography or screen settings.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders & Payment An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. In case of payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Mystic Moonlight is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Mystic Moonlight and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Liability Mystic Moonlight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

9. Privacy We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Dutch and EU privacy legislation (GDPR/AVG).

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
